Who is NICLA?
NICLA is a dynamic and client-friendly company, which accompanies customers who are
interested in Spanish property to buy or sell their home. The subtitle ‘Property
Consultancy’ encloses the whole service: NICLA searches and finds the house or building
site by means of the wishes that you, as our client, tell us and guides you from
A to Z.
NICLA has been set up by Nicole van Mierlo and Claus van Mierlo. Because of her marketing
background, her commercial skills and her knowledge of automation, Nicole is the
driving force of Nicla. She takes care of the brochures, the internet-site and e-mail
contact. Claus, for his part, has a lot of experience in real estate as an qualified
NVM- and ERA-broker. He is responsible for the mediation between buyers and sellers,
showing the properties and concluding contracts. Together they are a strong team,
which treats clients for Spanish real estate the way NICLA thinks they should be
treated.
When you have filled in your wishes concerning your Spanish home through our subscription
form, you automatically receive the current and new properties which meet your wishes
by e-mail and you can request the extended brochures of the properties, projects
and the villas build by NICLA. We spend a lot of time and take much care of these
brochures to make sure that all the information is known so that you exactly know
what you can expect before you make an appointment to go to Spain and take a look
at the properties you like.
Besides the individual inspections of the different properties, projects and plots,
NICLA takes care of the whole support during your stay in Spain up to and including
the assignment of the deeds of your new property with the Spanish notary. Moreover
NICLA can guide you to organise remaining matters around your purchase.
